Book Cover
For this advertisement, I was partnered with a book writer, and together she explained the book to me, and then I went in and created the book cover. This book consisted of a haunted Air B&B; as the characters continued their stay, the perfect house started the decay and turned evil. For this book cover, I wanted to show a classic home with a twist, as the place is black in the water reflection. This lets the future reader know something wrong will eventually happen to the house. For the title of the book, I wanted to go with a classic gothic style type. I also enjoyed the cover to look as if it was a picture of the house hanging in the home. Taking a closer look, the viewer can also see a weird dark substance dripping from the nicely framed photo of the house. Overall I enjoyed how this turned out and how the book cover is a framed picture of the house.
